• Late Check-Out - Free Late Check-Out 16:00 PM. (Subject to Room availability).
• Free Pickup - We are providing Free Pick-up from Bus Stand and Railway Station only.
• Free Food - If you place order for food and we are unable to deliver within 30 minutes then your food will be free of cost.
• Free Doctor - If you have any health issue during the stay, we will provide doctor on call or we will take to you to the doctor and pick again.
• Free Stay 5 Hours - If your bus, train or flight is delay then you can come again and check-in.
• Free 1 Day Stay - If you are not satisfied with our services, on next visit you will be provided 1 day stay at no cost but you must not post negative review anywhere.

• 5 Rooms are reserved everyday for women under women empowering mission.
• One room for maximum 2 nights can be booked per women within 6 months.
• In this section all facilities are luxurious.
• Only women are allowed in this category.
• Women with girl children can book these rooms.
• Maximum 2 Women and one girl children are allowed per room.
• Maximum 3 Women are allowed per room.
• Referral Code and Arco Cash Plus can not be used in this booking.
• This room category can be booked only via our Mobile App.
• Bookings can be made 2 day prior to the check-in date.
• Booking will be cancelled automatically after 5 PM in case of not checked in.
• These booking can not be applied in group bookings.
• Visitors are not allowed inside the room in this category.
• Incase any gents stay with you in this category then your booking will be converted to normal room category.
• Every guest ID are required for check-in.
• In case of any suspicious activity, booking will be cancelled.
• If you are comfort to afford normal price, please do not book this room category for them who are not able to pay normal rates.

Cancellation Policy 

• 90% Refund if cancellation is done before 72 hours of CHECK-IN TIME. 10% deduction is transaction charges.
• No Refund will be provided if cancellation is done within 72 hours of CHECK-IN TIME.
• No Refund will be given if you did not stay at our hotel (NO-SHOW).
• If your Payment mode is PAY AT HOTEL then you have to report to the hotel before 14:00 IST, after that your booking will automatically be cancelled.
• If we found your booking suspicious and technical issue then Hotel can cancel the booking.

 Government Tax and Hotel Chargeback System

• Government GST Tax applicable as follows:
  1. Above Tariff Amount of INR 1 is 12%
  2. Above Tariff Amount of INR 7501 is 18%
• Government Food Tax Amount is 5%.
• If any damages to the property, there may be charges of the damage in room amenities.
• If you face any issue after check-in at our hotel, you are requested to call immediately at 92616-92616, we will resolve your problem at our best. If we fail to satisfy you with our services at all then you can cancel your booking and your payment of remaining days will be refunded to you.
