7. Free Stay 5 Hours - If your bus, train or flight is delay then you can come again and check-in.
8. Free 1 Day Stay - If you are not satisfied with our services, on next visit you will be provided 1 day stay at no cost but you must not post negative review anywhere.

Cancellation Policy 

1. 90% Refund if cancellation is done before 72 hours of CHECK-IN TIME. 10% deduction is transaction charges.

3. No Refund will be given if you did not stay at our hotel (NO-SHOW).
4. If your Payment mode is PAY AT HOTEL then you have to report to the hotel before 14:00 IST, after that your booking will automatically be cancelled.
